It is always our goal for you to be satisfied with our products!  

 

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for damage caused in transit or lost packages. We package all orders with care to ensure they travel safely to you.

 

Returns

Wooten Hand Crafted has a 7-day return policy if you change your mind on a non-custom/non-personalized item, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. After 7 days, all sales are considered final and may not be returned for any reason. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same unused condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Not all items are eligible for returns. Custom or personalized items, for example, are not eligible to be returned and are considered final sale 24 hours from the time you placed your order. 

To start a return, you can contact us @ wootenhandcrafted@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The price of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded. You can always contact us first for any return question at wootenhandcrafted@gmail.com.

Custom-Ordered or Personalized Items

Custom items cannot be returned, but please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 

You may request a cancellation by sending an email to wootenhandcrafted@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Custom orders may not be cancelled once they are in production. 


Clearance/Final Sale/Gift Cards

We cannot accept returns on clearance/final sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
